We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any skin care items unless the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event that you develop a reaction to any GAIA Skin Naturals product within 7 days of purchase we will provide a refund of the goods, excluding the postage and handling charges.
Proof of purchase and proof of reaction must be provided for a refund to be given. If you do not have proof of purchase a gift voucher at the cost shown in our online store at the time of complaint or replacement product will be given.
